OBJECTS 7. The Company is established for Charitable Purposes only, as per the 2005 Act. • 7.1 In particular, the Company is established to provide public benefit and to promote and advance the appreciation and understanding of the performing arts and, in furtherance of that: • 7.1.1 to produce and collaboratively produce performances of all kinds, including, but not limited to: theatre, visual / physical theatre, dance, performance art, installation art and multi-media performance. • 7.1.2 to produce and collaboratively produce educational activities of all kinds, including, but not limited to: mentorship programmes, residencies, workshops and other types of practical guidance as appropriate to the practice of the performing arts. • 7.1.3 to produce and collaboratively produce, support, or otherwise contribute to activities including, but not limited to: festivals, symposiums, and networking events as appropriate to the furtherance of the Principal Objects of the Company.
