Ther rowing club support each member to adopt and apply the best practise in Health and Safety, Safety of the Sea and the environment, child protection and to take responsibilities for their application 2.3 The rowing club will encourage to develop close relationship builders of the St. Ayles Skiff, equipment and rowers so there is better understanding in craftmanship, design and materials 2.4 The rowing club will Promoting and maintaining high standards of technical competence, behaviour and safety in rowing in locally, Scotland and elsewhere 2.5 Upholding the rules of coastal rowing, as stipulated by the Scottish Coastal Rowing Association (SCRA), hereinafter known as the Governing Body, and any successor body
