1. The organisation is established for charitable purposes only. The purposes are: 1.1 To alleviate and prevent poverty through provision of support and assistance to those who have been, are or are at risk of becoming, involved in the criminal justice system. 1.2 To provide training and educational opportunities, including opportunities to develop skills in mentoring. 1.3 To promote health, dignity and inclusion and save lives of those in recovery from addiction 1.4 To promote, develop and deliver initiatives to help prevent involvement in the criminal justice system and to support positive choices including early intervention and diversion. 1.5 To promote good citizenship through desistance from criminal and anti-social behaviour. 1.6 To promote reconciliation and positive relationships amongst families and others. 1.7 To promote equality of treatment for people leaving prison in relation to health, employment and other public and social services To relieve need among people at a disadvantage through having been involved in the criminal justice system.
