Aboyne Medical Amenities Fund

The relief of persons living in the area of benefit (as hereinafter defined) who are suffering injury, illness or disability, by the provision of general medical care and rehabilitation, including the provision of equipment and facilities, the ownership of which equipment and facilities shall at all times remain with the Trustees. the area of benefit shall be the area falling within a twelve mile radius of Aboyne, Aberdeenshire and such additional areas in Aberdeenshire as the Trustees may by Minute subsequently add to the area of benefit. The advancement of the study of community based medical care, by the provision of education and training to amongst others medical, nursing and paramedical personnel working in the area of benefit, and Such other purposes as are recognised by law to be exclusively charitable within the meaning of section 505 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 and section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, or any Act amending or replacing the same and which relate to the foregoing purposes, which the Trustees may from time to time resolve upon
