The objects of the Group shall be the relief of persons in need by reason of age, chronic ill health, disability, poverty or other disadvantage, resident in Aberdeen City by facilitating the repair, maintenance and improvement of their homes in any manner whatsoever which is now or may hereafter be deemed by law to be charitable. the persons assisted shall be primarily owner-occupiers or tenants of a private landlord
