1. The Trustee shall hold and apply any such other funds and assets as may from time to time be comprised in the Trust Property, in trust for the advancement of the arts by providing for the purchase of works of art for the collection of Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museum. 2. All expenses, costs and fees of creating and administering the Trust (including with prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the costs of any insurance premiums required by the Trust such as Trustee Indemnity Insurance), and any tax payable in relation to the Trust, shall be met in priority to all other payments and transfers of assets out of the Trust Property.
