A E B Charitable Trust

The Trustees shall from time to time hold pay or apply or allocate the whole free income of the trust estate and may at any time and from time to time pay or apply the whole or any portion or portions of the capital of the trust estate to or towards or for the benefit or in furtherance of such charitable purposes or such charitable institutions, foundations, bodies or trusts in such manner in such amounts and proportions and upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees may from time to time in their sole and absolute discretion determine and decide declaring.
