4.1 To provide services for individuals affected by and in recovery from substance misuse in West Lothian and the surrounding area in order to relieve the suffering and disadvantage caused by addictions and improve their lives and the lives of their families 4.2 To provide safe environments for individuals in recovery from substance misuse, their friends, family and local communities. 4.3 To advance education by providing skills development, training and volunteering opportunities for people in recovery from substance misuse to improve their life chances and opportunities for future employment
