To charitable organizations that is also registered charities under the Income Tax Act (Canada). To advance education by providing financial assistance to improverished students through scholarships bursaries and similar awards of merit. To organize and implement seminars conferences workshops and other educational programs to educate the public about Chinese cultures and philosophies.
