Support to women through referrals advocacy and peer counselling Assist and advocate for women in accessing affordable housing legal medical social assistance childcare etc Work with other agencies to raise awareness of violence against women and advocate for change in policy and legislation to better support women fleeing violence. Low Barrier Outreach Program: Provide support advocacy and alternative short-term accommodation for women experiencing violence who due to substance use or mental wellness issues are unable to access the emergency shelter Crisis support line accessible by texting/web service.
