Youth Employment Centre-Bold Street

Through agreements with fedcap canada (ministry of labour immigration training & skills development) employment services are provided to the community's job seekers and business owners with a focus on those with barriers to employment. Including first time job seekers youth social assistance recipients sole support parents persons with disabilities the long-term unemployed newcomers etc.; we provide intensive assessment assisted services including employment counselling. Job referral employment legislation/safety information. Subsidized supported job trials and placements to increase opportunities for those requiring additional training. A resource centre offers training/workshops and additional supports.
