York West Active Living Centre

York West Active Living Centre (YWALC) is a community based resource centre for persons 55 years of age and older. YWALC's vision is to promote encourage and support healthy independent living though a wide range of health and wellness programs educational workshops and social activities. YWALC has been serving the Weston community in Toronto for over 40 years. Additional health & wellness and social programs have been added to enhance the current complement of programs.
