Ye Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefore from time to time to organizations that are qualified donees under income tax act. Any property remaining on liquidation of the foundation after discharge of liability shall be distributed to one or more qualified donees. This society is a member-funded society. It is funded primarily by its members to carry on activities forthe benefit of its members.
