The purpose of ymca properties incorporated is to purchase lease or otherwise acquire hold sell or dispose of property in the province of ontario for itself or in trust for local ymcas or ymca-ywcas or for any other organization affiliated with or connected in any way with the work of the ymca. Furthermore the objective of the corporation is to give greater permanency and efficiency to the general work of young men's christian associations in canada by protecting the use of the name 'young men's christian association' either by itself or in conjunction with other words.
