All are volunteers - windsor celiac foundaton members and family members hold up to 5 general and up to 5 executive meetings (1-3 hours each) [on hold] - provide gluten free food for general meetings host gluten free christmas dinner for memebers and families [on hold] provide celiac foundation website educational books provide education materials to nursing and retirement homes thru education committee
