William w. Creighton youth services operates two out-of-home care facilities within ontario’s youth justice system located in kenora and thunder bay. These facilities provide a range of services aimed at supporting high-risk youth. In the kenora rainy-river district the agency offers community services designed to prevent youth from becoming involved in the justice system and or recidivsm. For youth already in custody creighton youth services offers tailored programs focused on rehabilitation and reintegration into the community including transitional services for those completing custody dispositions. The organization also operates an attendance center that assists young people referred by the courts or probation officers. This center specifically targets criminogenic risk factors offering personalized interventions. Additionally creighton youth services provides educational programs through the education and community partnership program (ecpp) supporting youth referred through probation to ensure they remain engaged in learning and personal development.
