To provide for the relief of aged impotent and poor people by the establishment and operation of housing accomodation and such public space recreational facilities and buildings as may be required in connection thereto and in fact the corporation provides affordable accomudation to senior to the physically handicapped and through the ontario ministry of municipal affairs and housing subsidized rent support.
