William and Odna McCarlie Foundation

To set aside and add the residue of my estate to a trust fund known as the william and odna mccarlie foundation to pay income and/or capital annually in perpetuity sufficient to meet the minimum disbursement quota in the income tax act (canada) to: (i) iwk health centre foundation to be used for children's health reseach (40%) (ii) alzheimer society of canada to be used for research (40%) (iii) heart and stroke foundation of canada to be used for research (10%) and (iv) canadian cancer society to be used for research (10%).
