William and Mary Singer Family Canadian Foundation

The foundations purpose is to fund other registered charities that have the purpose to support animal welfare medical and scientific research jewish organizations and undertake any other purpose as selected by the board of directors in compliance with the permissible activities for a 501(c)(3) entity as prescribed by the internal revenue code. Alternatively the foundation can allocate the remaining trust estate to the community foundation for southern arizona with the specific purpose of establishing a fund in the name of william and mary singer.
