About Wild Rose Community Connections
First years for families: family capacity building home visitation program serving rural communities south of calgary providing early intervention and prevention working with high-risk families with children from prenatal to age 6 years. Supported visitation and transportation - fees for service: help families learn to identify and understand the issues that negatively impact their family and ultimately facilitate successful family reunification dads central: provide fathers (and any significant male caregiver) in developing positive relationships with their children fyff - new investment home visitation: provide additional investment to address wait list pressures and service delivery gaps identified by the agency and service delivery region. Wild rose food connections: food security initiative to identify all the food related existing programs in the community and build on those capacities to aim for a coordinated approach with four main goals: 1) reduction of food insecurity 2) social connectivity 3) food related education and 4) environmental impact. Caring connections: reducing vulnerability by increasing safety and well-being. For anyone feeling disconnected alone or just needing to chat. Supporting the unique needs of seniors individuals youth and families.
