Whitemouth Municipal Museum Society Inc.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary in conjunction with our steak night. We received a canada summer jobs grant and hired a groundskeeper who also gave tours. We reieved very good reports on the tours. Our summer workers kept the grounds well groomed and the volunteer gardeners looks after the lovely flowers. The alpers house was raised and relevelled to prevent wall deteriation and roof leaks. We received several significant donations - 1927 car - coleman display - old license plate display - 2 very old bibles - mb hydro display - signed baseball from a local 1965 team. We purchased a flamable liquids cabinet to store gas paints etc. We continue to care for our artifacts which at times is challenging due to humidity.
