Whphcc provides early childhood parent with child programs for rural communities. Focus is on parent 1) parent support through education and resources 2) child development (social emotional physical and educational) 3) enhancing communities belonging diversity and cultural appreciation. This past fiscal year we ran programs: rock & road nature adventure various themed kit & kaboodle programs nourishing our families wiggle giggle & much and play to learn. We also provided fieldtrips to the childrens museum and morning sound farm.
