New Program o Research - Ontario Lawyers Survey – access to justice for whistleblowers. Completed and report done and on website development of Directory of Lawyers interested in whistleblowing completed and on website and educational videos on legal rights and protections completed and on website. o Education: Followup to survey: i. education/training of lawyers MP’s and Judges on the dynamics of whistleblowing why reprisals occur and the physical damage to the brain caused by reprisals. o ii legal research - compendium of court and tribunal decisions in whistleblowing cases. o Iii training for law students in university legal clinics on whistleblowing. o Research Conference to take place May 28 29 2026 in collaboration with 2 universities. To be held annually afterwards.
