Weyburn & District Hospital Foundation Inc.

The weyburn & district hospital foundation inc. Was incorporated on march 10 2009 under the non-profit corporations act 1995 of saskatchewan and was founded to: 1) raise and collect funds to be used in the construction of a new hospital located in weyburn which will provided quality health care to the public who attend to same; 2) to raise and collect funds to be used in the acquisiton of medical equipment as may be required to provide quality health care in the new hospital; and 3) always being mindful of the restricted purposes of the corporation as stated in the articles of incorporation and the two forging objectives to enage in all such other charitable and philanthropic health care fundraising which has as its primary focus the health care needs for the users of the health care facilities
