West Coast Chamber Music

WCCM presents four classical chamber music concerts per season for the general public at their home venue the Unitarians Church in Vancouver. These events include: the music performance itself artists’ educational commentary written program notes and audience receptions. 2. Classical music concerts are often repeated at various other community venues in the region. 3. WCCM presents children’s classical music performances which are both educational as well as entertaining. This program is sometimes toured to various elementary schools or community venues in the metropolitan area. 4. WCCM has an informative website with video content. 5. To encourage and promote chamber music study and attendance to WCCM concerts WCCM sometimes donates award/ bursary money and/or tickets or discounted tickets to music schools and other organizations in the area. 5. WCCM offers a variety of seasonal tasks and work to approximately 10-15 volunteers and paid contract work to approximately 10-14 musicians for their performances 1-2 administrative assistants 1 photographer/tech personnel per season 1 web designer 1 concert manager
