Wendat Community Programs

We run a vocational drop-in centre clothing exchange program and meal program for people disabled by mental illness. We provide housing registry services peer support vocational training opportunities and in home residential support in the midland and surrounding area for people wth serious mental illness. We provide public education related to reducing stigma and increasing understanding of mental illness and technical training in psychiatric rehabilitation. Care and supportive housing programs are offered to seniors with mental illness. A senior's residence is owned and operated for low income seniors with care needs.
