Wellwood Resource Centre of Hamilton

We offer a wide range of supportive services available at no cost to anyone affected by cancer. These are presented as a hybrid of in-person and virtual programs within the following themes: Peer Support (such as One-on-One Mentorship and Groups); Relaxation (such as Meditation Guided Visualization); Exercise (such as Yoga Restorative Yoga); Creative Expression (such as Drawing Painting); Education (such as Lectures Web Links Resources). We also offer programs to support children living with serious illness in the family host workshops/retreats donate our space to other local cancer support programs and groups and have an on-site meditative labyrinth and library.
