Watsa Family Foundation

The purposes of the Charity are to: 1. Make grants to qualified donees within the meaning of section 248(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) 2. receive gifts bequests funds and property and to hold invest administer and distribute funds and property for the purposes of the Corporation; and 3. do all other things as are incidental and ancillary to the foregoing purposes and the exercise of the powers of the Charity. During the Charity's fiscal year it had no resources to carry out any charitable activities.
