Waterloo region network supports families of children youth and adults with special needs both with and without a diagnosis in waterloo region prviding resources and facilitating meaningful connections in all life stages. As a peer-developed and peer-droven network wrfn is uniquely able to understand how to serve the needs of exceptional families so they can thrive. Prgrams include parent mentor match program. Workshop and seminars social groups system and service navigatio ongoing support groups and personal guidance to ensure families are aware of and appropriately connected to all availble community resources.
