This support will help during the fiscal year 2025 to build our organizational capacity by carrying out: - The development of our strategic plan and implementation roadmap - The establishment of a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework - The development of fundraising strategies including proposal writing the exploration of social enterprise - Policies and procedures and - Equip ourselves with the necessary materials most likely to improve our service delivery. 2) CANADIAN AND NEWCOMER YOUTH COMMUNITY ENGAGMENT We have developed a youth-specific program area called Canadian and Newcomer Youth Community Engagement an initiative in which Canadian youth are paired with their peers newcomers and refugees to carry out activities such as orientation to the Canadian education system financial and digital literacy and establishing mentorship initiatives that provides ongoing support and guidance to the youth participants as they navigate Canadian landscape.
