1.0. Ongoing Programs of our Voice of Carmona (for fiscal period ending August 31 2024). 1. Scholarship Program: 172 qualified Voice of Carmona’s (VOCS’) Scholars received an average scholarship grant of PHP1 200 or Canadian$30 per Scholar last January 2024 with a total amount of PHP240 000 or Can$5 749. Five volunteers were needed for five hours. Our VOCS had 220 Scholars on December 31 2023. As of August 31 2024 our VOCS has raised or produced PHP215 000 or Can$5 034. We used all these funds in July 2024 for the scholarship grant of our 172 qualified VOCS’ Scholars with an average scholarship grant of Can$23 or PHP1 000 per Scholar. Five volunteers were needed for five hours. As of August 31 2024 our 34 VOCS’ Scholars in Oguis Bato Catanduanes Philippines received a total amount of Can$20 200 (PHP840 000). As of August 31 2024 the total amount of VOCS’ scholarship grants that were given to our Scholars in the Philippines and Canada was Can$119 792 or PHP4.8 million since 2014. Our VOCS has 268 Scholars in the Philippines and Canada as of August 31 2024. This Scholarship Program is being funded mostly since 2014 by Florante Alumia (VOCS President and CEO since 1998) and the rest of our VOCS Directors and donors worldwide. Feeding Program: There was no feeding event or no food drive/pantry that was held due to the lack of funds of our Voice of Carmona during this fiscal period ending on August 31 2024. As of August 31 2024 the total amount of expenses on our VOCS' Feeding Program was Can$5 065 or PHP188 000 since 2016.
