Vine place community center is a member of a network of neighbourhood community centers that have been established by nlhc with a mandate to improve the education health and education outcomes of tenants and their families living in an area serviced by a community center. Homework haven-place for children to complete homework neighbourhood centers – additional outreach centers transition to work programs & linkages – providing skills to unemployed people student employment – employing students community improvement projects
