To assist in the placement of pastoral care in rural communities of canada that would otherwise not have a community pastor; 2) assistance for the needy in rural canada; 3) assistance in pastoral care in times of sickness bereavement divorce and separation in rural canada; 4) to assist local community churches in rural canada in the conduct of weekly worship services; 5) to assist the local community churches in providing ministries to men women youth and children.
