Relieve poverty by providing financial assistance to needy children who are approved for medical care from sickkids hospital in toronto - through the international patient program (formerly herbie fund). Our charitable/non profit organization assists in every cost to the patient and one guardian traveling with him/her to toronto for treatment. Costs included travel expenses accommodation / boarding and meals health insurance and any other reasonable miscelleneous expenses - during the entire stay of the patient and his/her guardian in toronto. We don't have any new program in place. Since covid19 epidemic we have not been able to provide any assistance to the team at the sickkids hospital due to complicated screening and selection process from vietnam. We have regular board meetings to promote the program and seek for more volunteers in vietnam to find new referrals.
