Victory Outreach Foundation

Provides counseling education support training housing and employment opportunities to alleviate homelessness substance abuse and family abuse for person living in calgary and the surrounding areas. It provides residence for men and women of the inner city streets who are poor and/or struggling mentally or emotionally. It operates a youth center to provide socialization and educational counseling to allow young men and women to become more confident and emotionally balanced.
