Victoria Sexual Assault Centre Society

VSAC provides crisis intervention justice-related support services and counselling programs for those affected by sexual assault and/or childhood sexual abuse. The Sexual Assault Response Team provides 24-hour emotional support to recent survivors of sexual assault and is supported by staff and volunteers. The VSAC Clinic is a groundbreaking program that works with Forensic Nurse Examiners to provide medical examinations at the clinic and with police to provide police reports in the on-site police interview room. The society also delivers prevention education activities through school-based and community workshops some developed in coordination with youth.
