The purpose of the foundation is to beautify restore repair maintain build and renovate buildings structures fences gates cemetaries parks and such areas as may add to the enjoyment remembrance or education of an individual or community and without restricting the generality of the foregoing. The purpose of the foundation is also to enhance the education system provide and deliver the opportunity to learn a language or languages of another country and without limiting the generality of the foregoing shall include the cantonese and mandarin languages. The foundation is to receive and actively solicit donations and requests of money land buildings articles and any other form of gift in-kind or services to establish and endowment fund or funds and to administer them.
