To encourage and receive legacies donations bequests and endowments and to administer these funds in accordance with the wishes of the donors in order to fund and promote the provision of community care by furthering the aims of the foundation or other recognized canadian charitable organization having purposes altogether or in part similar to the purposes of the foundation.
