1)victim crisis response: immediate on-site crisis/trauma counselling and practical assistance for victims of crime and/or tragic circumstances. Program offered 24 hours a day-365 days a year. 2) high risk support services: safety services such as safety audits comprehensive safety plans and a 9-1-1 linked cellphone for people at high risk of bodily harm or death from an ex-partner. Ongoing case management services. 3) enhanced services: intensive case management services for vulnerable victims of major crimes 4) victim quick response program: assists victims of major crimes with access to resources and supports such as paid funeral expenses counselling crime scene clean-up and so forth. 5)t.e.a.r. (teens ending abusive relationships): educational workshops for teenagers on recognizing and preventing abuse. 6) trauma dog program: trauma dog assists victims of violent crime in court and while giving statements to police. 7) human trafficking prevention & intervention: provides case management advocacy and crisis response for human trafficking survivors workshops to raise awareness about the risks of human trafficking and how to prevent it.
