Victim Services of Durham Region

Provide a home or hostel with educational facilities for the reception care and education of abubused women and children. Provide education and counselling and assist abused women and children to improve by change or otherwise their home environment Provide for the holding of educational lectures semianrs public meetings and materials to promote the understanding and better awareness of violence against women and children. On a 7 day 24 hour basis provide short-term immediate emotional and practical support to victims of crime or tragic circumstances within the Region of Durham.
