Vibrant Community Health

Vibrant healthcare alliance is funded by the local health integration network to provide a range of clinical health promotion and counseling services and programs to priority populations living in north toronto and the gta area. Our three populations are seniors youth and people with physical disabilities. The organization is also funded by the local health integrationnetwork to provide attendant care and outreach programs to individuals with physical disabilities. Other ongoing programs include boccia ball and stretching exercise program funded by ontarion trillium foundation.
