To advance the hindu faith in accordance with the statement of faith by doing the following: (a) establishing and maintaining a house of worship with services conducted in accordance with the tenets and doctrines of the hindu faith (b) preaching the teachings religious tenets doctrines and observances associated with the hindu faith (c) establishing a facility to be used for religious programs workshops and hindu studies.
