Varsity Grads Foundation

The object of the varsity grads foundation is to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to transfer from time to time all or part thereof or the income therefrom to the governing council of the university of toronto( a registered charity) at toronto ontario for the purpose of promoting encouraging and co-ordinating athletic activities amongst the students of the said university of toronto as part of the educational and physical development of students.
