Vancouver Asian Canadian Theatre

We are one of the only two theatre companies in Canada that exclusively creates develops and produces new Asian Canadian work. We bring artistic excellence from the pan-Asian diaspora uplifting narratives previously unseen. We also provide mentorship and apprenticeship opportunities to emerging artists and arts professionals in order to amplify the voices of future leaders of our communities. Our vision is to enrich lives by presenting stories from an Asian Canadian perspective. Our Mission is to develop and produce professional Asian Canadian theatre works and talent. Collaborating with various local regional and national companies vAct has produced or presented original Asian Canadian productions across Canada and internationally.
