Urban Alliance on Race Relations

Urban alliance on race relations (uarr) is dedicated to fostering diversity inclusion and equity through running workshops community events and impactful initiatives. Our projects aim to bring community members together to combat hate and hate crimes as well as addressing critical issues related to youth violence achievement gaps and the importance of parental involvement in education and policy changes. Our youth leadership program empowers racialized youth with training and hands-on placement opportunities within municipal government while enhancing civic engagement and representation. Uarr continues to be a voice for people impacted by hate and racism and offers training to various stakeholders on how to combat racism and discrimination within their services and workplaces
