Until the Last Child

Utlc makes grants to child welfare entities that are qualified child welfare entities via a formal grant agreement to encourage and support innovation in child welfare. Specifically the charity is interested in supporting agencies - helping youth find 'belonging' or permanency at the earliest opportunity to best support their wellbeing and life success. Utlc provides funding and other necessary resources through a multi-disciplinary model. Utlc's mission is supported by the implementation of a four-pronged approach: 1. World class evidence-based research 2. Robust process management analysis and resultsaccountability 3. Provide stable funding and expertise to child welfare entities - enabling innovation and 4. Leveraging technology to adress systemic barriers. In addition utlc continues to be involved in global research & belonging projects related to child welfare broadly and the human societal wellbeing thriving and country implications.
