Our national 'local choice' campaign continued to advocate for municipal election reform primarily in pei on and bc. This campaign is dependent on volunteers who organize locally in their respective provinces. Our creative director continued to have a media presence. He conducted media interviews including appearing on a live taping of an episode of tvo’s the agenda focused on renewing democratic participation. We co-hosted canada’s first national summit about lowering the voting age to sixteen. We co-hosted public screenings of the new tvo unrigged docuseries which our creative director was the host of along with panel discussions featuring speakers from the show.
