Promotes programs and services delivered by local member agencies advertising extensively the activities mandates and objectives of each program. Reviews and assesses the delivery of each program and service of the agencies serving special needs in medicine hat and area. Conducts a campaign for funds within the district then allocates those funds raised to support the programs of each local member agency
