Unison Health and Community Services

We provide core services to our clients from four full-service locations that include primary health care counselling health promotion early years programs legal services harm reduction programs housing assistance and adult protective services as well as special programs like pathways to education diabetes education and prevention programs. Unison has also expanded programming in the area of mental health and addiction. This program provides works with local family physicians to provide support to their clients who may not be able to access services elsewhere. Unison also provides homebound primary care services with visits by physician or nurse practitioner for patients that are restricted to their home. Continued to provide covid 19 supports; testing and vaccination in housing units and pop-up clinics.
