Tudor Ridge Foundation

(a) to fund and carry out activities and programs that are beneficial to the community as a whole in a way in which the law regards as charitable; (b) to disburse funds to qualified donees; (c) to receive gifts bequests trusts funds and property to hold invest develop manage administer distribute funds and property for the objects of the organization and for such other purposes and activities as are authorized for registered charities under the provisions of the canada not-for-profit corporations act; and (d) to conduct any and all activities and exercise any and all such powers as are necessary for the achievement and furtherance of the objectives of the organization. The organization will identify qualified donees for which it will disbures funds. The directors will carry out these activities.
